These guys are great! They always call and explain exactly what needs done and have a very close estimate and ask before proceeding. I never feel like I'm being ripped off. I've recommended them to friends as well.

My girlfriend and I were on a road trip from Toronto to Halifax and stopped one night in Saint John. On the way we heard a bit of a rattle from underneath the car. The morning after we arrived in Saint John we called Speedy Auto and they were able to book us in right away. Bary and his team were very friendly, honest and helpful in a time of great need. They charged us a very fair price for the problem they quickly found and allowed us to leave on schedule. Excellent service and care. Can't recommend Bary and his team highly enough!

Been here a few times and got to know Ben and Barry a little as well as their super friendly main mechanic. All seem like good people to me. Great option to get you back on the road. Pretty amazing place for a franchised location.

READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PLACE!!Honestly not even worth 1 Star.I informed the workers that I had hit a pretty bad pothole and started hearing noises from my passenger front tire area. They replaced my coil spring and strut. Just a few days after, I start hearing a noise again. This time I take it to another mechanic, without mentioning the pot hole. He immediately knows I hit something and there is damage to my bushing. He notices the new parts and says these likely did not need replacing.The question is: how did the other mechanic see this without even looking for it and speedy auto replaced just a part that likely did not need to be replaced AND let me drive off with (maybe even more) damage. How could they have not seen the other damages?What a waste of a mechanic store.Do not recommend one bit.PLEASE read the negative reviews before choosing this place, they are unfortunately quite accurate i.e. upselling and selling unnecessary parts. Would LOVE to take a look at my coil spring (since I did not see damage to it when initially checking this myself after hitting the pot hole)

Very nice staff - they took great care of me and my vehicle when my brakes were acting up. It was a Friday at 2 and I was worried I'd be without my car for the weekend but they were very efficient and thorough and I was back in my car in no time after everything got fixed. Much appreciated guys!

We are on an RV tour through the Maritimes and the muffler on our tow car broke over the holiday weekend. We towed it to our next stop, Saint John, where we were scheduled for two overnights. We called Speedy and explained our situation. Ben graciously scheduled an appointment the next morning into a jam packed after holiday schedule promising the car would be ready that after noon in time for our 8 AM group departure the following morning. As promised the car was ready that afternoon. The repair was expertly completed and at a very reasonable cost. Ben and Barry turned a travelor's nightmare into a fun camp fire story which will be recited for the rest of our trip. If you need a repair do not hesitate, call Speedy, they are GREAT!!
