TERRIBLE customer service. The first time I called a woman answered, didn't say the company name or anything. To make sure I called the right business I asked who it was & I was hung up on. Called back, and got major attitude about the technician being out on a job. I had to ask if I could leave a message for him which I did.When he called me back later that afternoon, he refused to give me prices of the parts we needed that he had in stock. Gave me a list of information he needed" to know. My fiancé sent him an email with photos of the rusted parts in our AC unit
