Coppins Service Center

I was visiting Lewiston from Canada on a Wednesday in July when the starter on my van failed. Thanks to Coppins Service Center and their great staff, I was on the road again 90 minutes from my initial call to AAA. Thanks to their friendly and skilled staff, my road trip continued without a hitch! Much appreciated!

I have been doing business with Coppins over several years, they are organized, offer great service, ask for approval before repairs, and back their repairs. Highly recommended. Brakes, Sensor Replacements, Bearings, they do it all and quickly.

I went in to get my car inspected, they were nice and able to squeeze me in which was great. I got a call later that day saying my 2016 car failed the inspection due to 3 tires showing cord and I would have to buy 4 new tires. I picked up my car (the guy who checked me out was rude and not personable), took it home and had my husband double check before we agreed to have them install the new tires. Not 1 single tire showed cord, they actually all had pretty good tred left. My husband took the car back to the shop a couple days later (for my appointment to get the new tires installed), and demanded they show him why the tires failed before he blindly handed the car back over. The mechanic came out, showed him 1 tire that wasn't showing cord, but was decently worn down. Husband agreed to replace that one. Then he showed him the other 2, which were in PERFECTLY good condition. I hate that this small, family run business tried to scam me just because I was a woman and decided to trust them. I will never take a car back to them and don't suggest you do either unless you know for certain what the problem is when you bring it in. Finding a mechanic you trusted is so important, and I 100% do NOT trust them.

Talk about true 5 star service. First impressions make a difference and Coppin’s doesn’t disappoint. The lady at the front desk had some amazing customer service skills. I’ve been to some places before and some people can truly be nasty towards you. Not Here Though. I Had to have a Wheel Bearing done on my 2010 Audi and an oil change done as well. You would think like most shops they would try to uncharge you or high ball you a price an do a half $&@ job but they are the complete opposite. At a decent price and under good time the job was completed and my car is running smoother then ever. Thank’s again Coppin’s you guys are one of the good ones! Truly good shop you won’t be disappointed.

An honest and superbly run local family business. They installed my winter tires and wheels and took them back off this Spring. Top notch service, fair prices, and welcoming staff.

Needed my ac in my truck fixed. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it by recharging the AC and thoroughly checked for leaks. The truck now blows Ice ❄ cold and we could not be happier.

I found out about coppin over two years ago. The only mechanic inknew who could get my jag up and running and passed the inspection. They did an engine job on my son's volvo and stood by their product. I trust them dearly with all my cars even my 535 xi . They do right by me

Got a low oil warning and discovered a leak. Went to get it checked out and topped off. Left the house without my wallet, and told them immediately. They didn't blink and just said they'll take care of me. The service advisor is Lindsay. She had personal authority and acted like an owner. I own a business and my wife owns part of multiple businesses. I can't imagine this happening in my home area. They even cleaned the skidplates that were covered in oil, and removed the sound deadener that was completely soaked. Blessed, and grateful for good people everywhere.Update: The treatment was so unexpected that I asked Lindsay if she was the owner. No, but she is the franchise manager and the service technician" was actually the area/regional rep. A huge thank you for exceptional service

Thank you Coppins Service Centre. I live in Ontario, Canada and came to Lewiston to pick up a package. While there my starter stopped working. Coppins came to my help in record time. They towed me to their garage and stopped everything to get me on the road again. By the time I walked down the street to have breakfast they called and said my van was all ready. The service, price and professionalism was second to none. I was overwhelmed by the service they provided. I will always be in their debt. Thanks again A++++

In short, I trust Coppins mechanics. They always tell you the story straight and their repair work is a quality one. The fact that they are 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from my place makes it even better.
