Ren's Pets Cornwall

We went to the grand opening on Sunday. Upon arrival, the two greeters were engaged in chit chat about non-work topics, and never noticed us come in. We both had time to wait to be greeted (in futility), then help ourselves to filling out ballots for the draw, only to be greeted after we were done. Ironically, the girls invited us to fill out a ballot. Insult to injury. The only one who made us feel welcome throughout our visit was our cashier. She was actually a great ambassador for the new store. She's the ONLY reason you get any stars at all. We spent around $100 on our very spoiled three dogs. As of now, you're at the bottom of the list of pet stores I'll stick with PetSmart, Pet Valu (Eastcourt) and Stacy's Pet Depot.
