Experienced, efficient, and passionate service. If you need your pool taken care of for the season, I highly recommend Valley Pool and Spa Service. They have taken care of my pool for many years and I will definitely have them maintain my new hot tub this winter as well.

My parents have been trying to put a pool in since April. We called Earls Pool and Spa service to have them install the pool. We were reassured that it would be put in yesterday (June 7th). 5 people showed up to the house to install the pool at 8:36 when they said they would be there at 8. My dad (who is also a business man was working his day around them because their laser was broken they needed to borrow his. At 8:45 all the sudden they had to leave because one person didn’t feel well. Once again they reassured us it would be installed by Wednesday (June 9th). Today my mom is at work at gets a TEXTED MESSAGED. Saying he didn’t feel comfortable installing our pool. So instead of calling he send a text message. Usually if you’re running a business you don’t text someone telling them you can’t do that work.

Mike is great! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Earl helped us source a control board for our hot tub and gave us amazing advice. He had amazing shipping turn around time. Would highly recommend and he is a great guy!

I called 3x and left messages to get my hottub repaired. Finally spoke to someone and made an appointment. They never showed or called to reschedule. Unprofessional and unreliable.Do not recommend.

Untrustworthy and unprofessional..We’ve spent 13 months of trying to get our softub motor back from these folks.My husband delivered it them for repair in November of 2021.Our call have either not been answered or when we have reached them, we were promised they’ll be by to reinstall.We rearranged our work schedules to be present for those planned appointments and they never showed. Then we started calling them to make arrangements to retrieve the motor ourselves. We’ve had no response to those calls.This has been a truly disappointing experience.

My pool is spotless and cleaner than ever! I’ve never seen such great work done on my pool before. Thanks!
