How do I know this is a good honest dealer…we caught a mistake that happened 6 months ago and when we made the dealer aware of this issue they bent over backwards to make it right. It’s easy to think a company is great when everything is going perfectly, it’s when something goes wrong and how they handle the issue when you see the true colours of the organization. I want to thank service manager Brent for his help in addressing this issue and doing so in a timely and acceptable level.

I bought a new Honda CR-V hybrid vehicle from Hawkesbury Honda in January. I was extremely satisfied with Mike Crawford in Sales. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The whole purchasing process was very stress-free as no pressure tactics were used. I just completed my first trip to the service department today. Again, I was extremely pleased with the experience - my summer tires were installed promptly. Hawkesbury Honda is a very well-run dealership. I would highly recommend that you pay them a visit if you are considering a Honda vehicle.

I reserved a car and agreed to meet there at 1pm. Suddenly they told me the car had already been sold even though I already received the word that it was for me. Very disappointed.The person was named Chris and the car was a Toyota Highlander that I wanted to buy and was going to be there today at 1pm.The seller told me the car was available, and we agreed to meet at 1pm. Then suddenly he calls saying it was sold on the weekend, which makes me doubt if it was just an excuse.
