The management staff is the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. I noted a few valid complaints and the woman on the phone noted if I don't like it leave. Parking is expensive and maybe you should think about working on your customer service skills.

Paid 20 dollars for an event parking. I had to attend a monster jam event at First Ontario center and the traffic was terrific. Decided to park here and walk across. Pricey but had no time to look for other options.

They need to shove the snow. Many parking spots are either slippery with icy surface or packed with snow.
