Did a mobile order and then had to wait 25 mins for it to be ready which I get it's a busy store but people who ordered in person were getting drinks within minutes. Just super disappointed with the wait and service after spending that much on 3 drinks

For many times I ordered my drinks with light ice, but still got lots of ice, so I ordered one with no ice, and they said they can’t make that. I paid $7 and got a half cup of drink in venti size.

Worst Starbucks in Abby. No attention to detail. I guess no one ever orders Americanos because these guys can’t seem to figure out how to make one. I find it mind boggling that such a simple drink is beyond the skills of this place.

By far my favourite starbucks, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and my drink is always made perfectly, if you are wanting starbucks definetley stop in here!!

Will not go there again. Asked to simply stir my coffee with a spoon not a toothpick. Was told the stick works just fine. All the sugar was at the bottom. Definitely won't happen again. Timmies in Abby instead.

Staff very much in a rush even when not many customers. Made my drink very watery. Was sapose to be like a milkshake. But wasn't. Will not be ordering it again. Bought 4 coffee mugs. When l got home. 2 of the handles where broken off. I do not know if that was done when they received it or on the way home. But l think it was done there. I only live 3 blocks from the shop
