halfway to Vancouver we stopped for a driver switch and the second driver was 45 minutes late delaying our trip. that was an hour we spent by a burger king in Merritt. however, the driver apologized and said this is recurring issue due to the schedule coinciding with rush hour and that they’re working on it. the bus was clean and there was free wifi.

Blonde lady (Kate) who staffs the check-in yelled at us and was very passive aggressive for suggesting that we increase physical distancing on board through my partner and I (same household) sitting together for the 5 hour journey.Instead, she insisted that we take up 2 rows of seating instead of one, decreasing the amount of space between guests.We found out at the very end of our discussion that the bus was not full and in fact wouldn't be a problem to sit together.

No. Hard no. If I could give you negative five stars I would. Your driver left the stop early leaving my girlfriend stranded at the stop fully aware that she wasn't on the bus. Kate, who was working at the information booth disrespectfully shrugged off any attempts that were made to seek help. Eventually, to avoid waiting 7 hours for the next bus, she called a cab. $45 later she got on the bus in West Kelowna. The thanks there go to a great cab driver. They get 5 stars.But for you:-If Kate had helped, 5 stars.-If the bus left on time, 5 stars-If she had taken any other mode of transportation, 5 stars.But no, Ebus. You get nothing but the worst I can give you because that is all you give your customers.Have a great day!

nothing but problems both times taking this service. first time our bus broke down on the highway and they couldn’t get another bus out for 1.5-2 hours. thank god someone offered us a ride. the second time the bus had so many problems we had to stop in chilliwack for 45 minutes and the maintenance services couldn’t help or even offer a new coach so the driver who felt uncomfortable driving the vehicle had to continue driving causing everyone to feel unsafe. i would recommend using any other transportation than taking this unless you want issues. just save for a plane ticket

My sister, who has mobility challenges, and I were very impressed with the cordial and helpful manner of the two E bus drivers that drove the run between Fraser Valley and the Interior The bus was clean, on time and the drivers politely enforced the masking requirement of the passengers. We felt very safe. Thank you drivers! I find the buses far more comfortable and less hassle than flying when travelling regionally. The only caveat is that I hope increased usage brings the fare down somewhat. I was very surprised reading about others negative experiences.

Never ever board this bus service.Nobody knows what they are doing. The bus is always late. If you are frequent traveller from Vancouver to Kelwona. I would advise to book a flight ticket in advance.

The staff were lovely and super understanding. I spoke with a lovely woman named Shelly among other great staff. I work with a young man who has a developmental disability and they allowed us to practice taking the bus for a short distance. There was a little trouble with the initial driver leaving us way too early in West Kelowna but they straightened it out right away and wrote the driver up. Good problem solving.

Used this service at the end of April 2019. Friendly safe drivers, nice clean bus with comfortable seats, large windows and seat belts. On schedule. Very reasonable price. Will use this service again for sure. Two minor suggestions: A stop with facilities to buy a coffee and snack, and a Kelowna stop either downtown or Orchard Park.

Bus driver was very late, only complaint. We were supposed to leave at 1:15 and he showed up at about 1:30. We were supposed to make it into Vancouver at 7pm and it ended up being 8pm. If you’re planning something on a tight schedule give yourself some extra time. He would also occasionally look at a clip board and float into other lanes distracted, which was pretty nerve wracking.

Bus left early. Ticket person said to “try and make the next stop”. Definitely taking advantage of the fact they have zero competition so they treat their customers like garbage.
