This was a great experience dealing with Kennedy Home Inspections.. Paul was fantastic.. From beginning to end Paul was thoroughly.. he took the time to explain in detail everything I needed to know.. his home binder will be a great tool for me to keep track of everything I need to do for maintaining my new home. I highly recommend Paul his knowledge of everything including my septic inspection was amazing.. I felt that with his help my decision to purchase my home was solid.

Paul is amazing at his job! He assessed a cottage that we are buying. Since it is our first time owning a cottage, he was very patient and explained everything in detail. He is very thorough in his work and his company created an online Home Maintenance binder which will be very convenient for us going forward. We highly recommend Paul as an inspector.

Paul was extremely professional and courteous right from first contact. We hired him to conduct a home inspection at a “water access only” location and, in spite of the challenges that brings, he was incredibly thorough. He went to great lengths to get at and inspect every aspect of our property. The professionalism of his report and the electronic home binder that came with it remain invaluable resources as we go forward with our new property.
