Awesome service! Ashli was extremely helpful to us and provided 10 star service even though she was faced with a line up of people who came in after us. We are happy with the two fixtures we purchased and various light bulbs. Thank you - we will visit again.

Good selection. Great staff. Delivered on time. Accommodating and Helped take the stress off of me having to worry about one less thing in getting my new house ready. This location in particular is the only one I would order from in the future.

Ordered an outdoor porch light for my new build home - I was concerned about the swinging but they said these lights are tested for Canadian winters and even the windiest days. Woke up this morning to a whole in the roof above the porch and shattered glass everywhere!!!!!

Not great. Walked in and asked where to find bathroom vanity lighting. We were directed, then left alone pretty much the whole time. We did have one guy come up to us and look up a few things for us, but then he took off without saying a word. When we asked for him later, he was on his lunch break (would have been nice to know he was gone and who could help us instead). There were SO many lights in there and they were all turned on, so not only was it somewhat blinding, it was incredibly overwhelming. Nobody offered to explain the display so we could understand what the info on the price tags meant. Walked out with a couple of quotes, but not all that impressed.

I just left the store and wanted to share my experience. Tara went above and beyond to solve a tedious issue we had. She did not want to us to leave the store without a solution and spent a lot of her time helping us. Customer service like this is few and far between. Thanks Tara!

I was completely ignored upon visiting this shop. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store, I was never asked if I needed help after being in the store for 15 minutes, and when I made eye contact with one of the two female employees at the sales counter she looked at me and then looked away without a word. The prices here are also ludicrous compared to similar lighting fixtures at other stores in the region. That, combined with the non-existent customer service will ensure I never go back here.
