Called to book service on one yr old furnace they installed. No call back in well over a week to 10 days!! Disappointing!

Cant speak for the quality of work because they don't honor their appointments. Had I not called to confirm I would have sat around all day waiting for no one to show up.

I called on Wed 15 Dec 2021 to book an appointment and the person on the phone said that he'll call me back the next day. Next day comes and asked me if I can meet him in 15 minutes at 3:00 pm! I pushed the apt to 3:30pm but made it at 3:45 pm (15 minutes late.) The guy refused to shake hands and was very rude the way he spoke to me. When I asked why he's treating me this way he wanted to give me Time Management Lessons! I stopped him and asked him to leave.. that's when he started swearing at me. Because of this incident, this guy lost a $10k worth of business. I wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever and would rather pay more to a company that appreciates and respects their clients.

They responded my call in timely manner. I had new toilet installed & pleased with how their plumbing specialist did the job. He also installed kitchen faucet & so far I have no issue. Their plumber worked professionally

We had an issue with our kitchen sinks backing up and leaking. This also caused a back up issue with our Jacuzzi. Kevin did a great job was very friendly and kept wiping up after himself minimizing the mess. Although he was a little late from the appointed time, with the service he gave us I can understand why, HE CARES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES AND WANTS TO BE EFFICIENT. Will definitely use in any future issues. Great employee.Reg & Janice
