I bought 2 pickups here last year and had a bunch of work done on one of my other pickups too. These people bend over backwards to please you and the quality of repairs is excellent. I would highly recommend this company for either a vehicle repair or purchase. They stand behind their work as I found out when I had a rear end problem after I bought one of the pickups. They quickly repaired it free of charge without me even asking them to cover it. Very friendly staff.

According to Ontario's Consumer Protection Act Your mechanic needs to offer to return all of the old parts that they removed during their repair work to you .The mechanic installed a brand new alternator to my car and i tried to take my old alternator back but he took it back and told me you have to pay for it if you want it back , even though it’s my old part he end up taking it Scammer.

Called for a tow truck. Was waiting an hour. Called him back and he said he never sent one out. We called the Ombudsman to deal with it.

I love my truck I bought but the gear shifter selection screen wasn't working properly so I took it back to get fixed. Grant put a different one in, so now my odometer reads 120000 kms higher, and he told I would get my other one back in a couple weeks. It's been two months. They need to take their business seriously.

I was told due to OPP incompetence I had to get my car towed (8:30pm) and a competitor to this company recommended them as they could not attend my vehicle after CAA told me no due to the circumstances. The OPP also referred to this company as really good guys" before they decided I actually didn't have to get my car towed and I was forced to cancel the tow. They were already on the way when I cancelled and didn't give me a hard time so the least I can do for them was leave a positive review with apologies and to pass along the accolades. Not often do you find a towing company thats not a money grabbing bottom feeder when not on a CAA call. My apologies for canceling but I hope this review sends some business your way. I was able to get home with my car the same evening."

Called for a short haul tow and was treated very disrespectful. Would only send a flatbed. I guess wreckers cost way more. Then called to cancel to be told he never sent a truck out. Poor customer service
