A Plus Air Systems

We had a Furnace and A/C installed by Farid and Joseph. They were wonderful to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Farid was a pleasure to deal with. They provided great customer service and answered all my questions.

Today I had to replace my hotwater tank.8:00 this morning I Called A+Air. Within an hour or so, A+ called me back and provided with a competitive quote, by 2PM this afternoon , the old tank was out and the new one in place. I now have hot water. Thanks A+.

I had an appointment for my furnace to be serviced for the winter from a gentleman named MOHAMMED MOIN SU on December 28/2022. He was such a lovely person, respectful, clean, prompt and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely use them again. A true professional. And also in dealing with the office staff, once again she is such a nice and accommodating person and a pleasure to deal with, she is always pleasant and very helpful. I called to have a Heat Pump installed and Ahmad Reshad came over reviewed and analyzed my requirements. Reshad was very good and explained the benefits of HP, gave me a competitive price and arranged to for the installation the following week.The installation was done by Farid and Joseph. Both gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable and proceeded to remove the old air conditioning modify my furnace and set up the new Heat Pump. All the work was done on time and reviewed with me the working of our new Heat Pump. Will recommend to my friends to use A Plus Air Systems and ask for Reshad and Farid.

I have used a plus air systems for my boiler and tankless water heater needs for several years. Their customer service reps are courteous. And the technicians they send out are top notch. My boiler stopped working on a Saturday and I was worried I would have to wait till Monday with no heat. But I called the office and they forwarded my concern to the technician on call. Reshad answered within an hour. He came and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. And for an emergency weekend call, the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all your heating needs.

I purchased a top of the line Trane heat pump and new furnace. The three employees that installed the HVAC system showed up on time and were very polite and professional. It took them 10 hours to install the system and when they were finished we had no AC. The employee told us that it would take a few hours to cool our house because of the high humidity. After running the system for an hour after they left, our house never cooled down and the system shut down due to an error. We phoned the next day and requested they send a tech to fix the problem. They weren't going to send anyone until Monday, they installed the HVAC system on Friday, we insisted they send someone out that day due to the high temps. A tech showed up that day and spent over 7 hours without fixing the AC. We were told that a specialist from Trane would have to be called and they would be there on Tuesday.We are now 5 days since they installed our HVAC system without AC. The trane specialist was able to problem solve our issue within 5 minutes. He explained it was an installation issue involving a blocked filter that was installed by the company. he informed the tech to remove this filter as it wasn't neccessary and often caused more troubles. The tech was here for another 4 hours before we finally had AC.My issues were the lack of communication with our salesperson, he never followed up with us knowing that we had no AC for 5 days after installation. We were offered a 10 year parts and labour by the trane specialist for the troubles we endured. This gave me peace of mind knowing that trane would back their product.When we reached out to A plus and informed them that we were not happy with their service or communication, we were told we were given a 10 year parts and labour warranty at no cost. This was provided by trane, not A plus. It took 5 days and over 21 hours labour to have our HVAC system up and running. Why would I put my faith in A Plus in the future to do maintenance on our system? I think A Plus should provide a free maintenance for our troubles and to show us that they are capabile of maintaning the equipment they install. I gave them an opportunity to make things right, but they felt that they didn't do anything wrong.

I have been exploring, converting my existing oil, heat system into an air source heat pump, and have been particularly impressed with the reviews of the 'TRANE' brand. A Plus Air and their representive, Rashid - have been very helpful in the lead up to this conversion. I highly recommend this company.

Farid and John did the AC installation on 13 May 2023. They were excellent, efficient, professional and courteous. We are very pleased with their work and with the company in general.
