I started coming here a little over a year ago, the facilities are clean and the equipment is modern.The real star however is Charli Monks! This RMT knows their stuff. This is shown through technique and time working with clients. I would recommend anyone with an injury to request Charli. The treatment is great, the conversation is smooth and you'll leave feeling abousolutly amazing.

I love the massage I got from Danni. She communicated constantly to check how she was doing and if I'm feeling even a bit uncomfortable. She knows all the spots that needed to be treated. It's very easy to book an appointment and the place is very clean.

Always AmericanExpress the front end and Tony is great. He takes time make you feel so comfortable and professional at all times. He really cares I have been with him many years now and recommend

I've been with Roy and Viv for the past 10 years now and I will never look for any RMT and MOA until they are around. Thank to all the staff of Chillax Massage and Wellness Center. 10/10 when it comes to patient care.

Would not recommend the RMT I was given. First time was okay, so I booked again when I was asked by receptionist. Second time was not ideal. Therapist was falling asleep and lacking focus throughout. It progressively got worse and I wish I had stopped my treatment to avoid paying for the full hour. There is more to my experience, but I do not want to damage the reputation too much. However, I know I will never go back after my experience with the staff here.Editing my review since I cannot reply to the response from owner.I had mentioned it to the RMT directly and he denied when I caught him. Prior to that, when I had my head in the rest, he was either dosing off or something else (multiple times). Not focused on massage, in parts. I progressively felt more uncomfortable as time went on. I get social anxiety and should have ended the session about half hour in. I'm happy you stand by your staff, but I stand by my review. Usually am asked to rebook, this time wasn't asked either. Lady at the front also, did not seem to be in the best spirits. I paid, I left. I'm sure your local businesses in the hallways heard me muttering to myself that I will never go back again. Like I said, first experience was fine, second...not so much. Perhaps your staff had an off day. Which is why I did not give a 1 star review. But, like I said. I stand by my review.

I have been seeing Roy the RMT for the past couple months and he does an amazing job! My experience at Chillax has been wonderful overall: Vivian at reception is very friendly and efficient, direct billing is offered, it is easy to book appointments, and Roy is always punctual. I would highly recommend Chillax!There is free street parking available around the building. But if you don't mind paying for parking, there seems to always be spots available in the parkade.

Update. Canada Life has a different iD number for health and Dental vs the one for massage etc so I was unaware I provided the wrong Info. Upgrading my review to 5 starsUpdate from Canada Life....I am unable to view any attempts made by the provider of servcie for the submission of your massage claim. Normally we would see the claim and rejection. In this instance, there wasn't an attempt made at submitting an electronic claim.Please ensure that the provider is submitting the correct information for her so that the claim goes through successfullyI had my appointment at 5:15pm. Overall not a bad massage. I came in very stiff and the RMT worked hard. I need to come a few more timesLike a previous review, I also had my direct billing benefits declined. I haven't even used it this year yet. It was also through Canada Life. I'll try to submit it manually.

My husband booked a full body massage for us and my experience was great. Charli made sure to massage all the stiff parts of my body and was an awesome conversationalist. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely come back again :)
