We had a really complicated case with a terrible tenant we had to deal with for the first time and for months had to go through court multiple times to try to settle it. We finally won the case after more than a year of endless back and forth. David remained patient with us throughout the entire case and helped guide us through all the trials. He advised us whenever we were unsure of what to do. There were a few times where we had to remind him of certain details that he might have forgotten because there was a lot of back and forth.
