I went and saw Dr.Block. Didn’t actually get her in the room until the last 5min of my appt. I met with her assistant/intern. She denied my actual symptoms, the cause of the symptoms and then encouraged me to continue taking something that brought me there in the first place. She’s a gas-lighter and I’m shocked this is a medical professional actually worthy of referrals. She was completely unprofessional.

I had to give one star because you cannot give zero stars. Dr Cooley was rude, dismissive and didn’t care at all. I was so happy to get an appointment thinking I would finally get some answers and instead I got told my symptoms were all “anxiety” related. I left there feeling completely defeated and minimized. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Dr.

She is terrible I would not recommend her to anyone. I had balance and shakiness issues.. A CT scan was done. And then an MRI. She told me everything was fine. A few months later I went to emergency in Saskatoon and was told that those reports were not normal and infact I had a neurodenerative brain disease. And then she called me with the report of my EEG and said it was good. I just got out of my GP”s office and he specifically told me it was abnormalTrust your own intuition because obviously she has no idea of what she is doing, even with the report in front of her.

The front office assistant was kind and courteous. Dr. Graham was thorough and professional, listening closely to my experiences, explaining his observations and next steps, and scheduling comprehensive tests to ensure a full and proper diagnosis.

I have had 3 previous neurologists, none helped me deal with my Multiple Sclerosis in the manner or compassion Shayla has. My condition improving.

Informative, walks me through her decision making process (Dr. Kennedy). Not great with phone calls, whenever they call it says it's from a private number. Other than that they're great!

So far,miles better than Dr.Savedia,she dropped me faster than nuclear waste after not being able to afford her new injection fees for the bogus botox injections she started me on.This new Neurolgists seems spot on in watching my condition.Incidently Savedia apparently misdiagnosed calling my condition a migraine and it may have been a stroke,p

I went to see Dr Block a year ago for numbness in my legs , weakness & muscle loss on my lower left side & back. She assured me I was fine & had neuropathy, absolutely nothing wrong with my back. Through the last year the symptoms have gotten worse. Finally got an MRI only to find out I have a tumour on my spinal cord !!! Backs NOT fine & every symtom is related to the tumour. I truly hope she sees this review as I am horrified by her care , my family dr will no longer be making any referrals to this clinic !! Horriblcareuncompassionate

Terrible my doctor ordered referral for ms they decided without meeting me or talking to me that i don't need one and won't book an exam. But they refused to let me know and I had to suffer and wait for exam that never going to happen because they did not feel I needed it. They should lose their license for harming patients. Disgusting behavior

Awful experience. Would not see me in person due to the virus and it’s 2 years in and everything is open now. So 2 consults over the phone like what good is that. Then decided to see me in person and deceived that a referall was needed to another neurologist. But did she make the referral. No she sends me back to my GP. Talk about passing the buck and lazy. Would not recommend her at all
