Avoid these place. Sure prices are OK, but is run down and it looks like the building may collapse at any moment. No ventilation, horrible layout and above all, very rude staff that will ignore you on the spot if you are only there to get some information. I came by to check out the sizes of storage and prices and unless you are willing to sign a package on the spot, you will be frowned upon and be brushed off in no time. Didn't get to see a thing as I was not sure what size of locker I wanted since my intent was to see them first to make a decision then. Horrible way of treating a potential customer and wrong attitude when all business are struggling in Victoria.

I called to get information and the man that answered was extremely rude. I was ready to sign a contract that day, and I was basically told off. I would rather pay more money somewhere else. Lost a customer

Been going back and forth between work and travel to this location. So far so good. I can tell our locker was built very fast and cheap, which is probably why it's so cheap to rent there. Makes us worry about having anything leaning on the walls. Not the cleanest place, but it's easy enough to access and for $70 a month for the locker we have (a fairly large walk-in) and a mailbox works.

Terrible service: Specifically, the manager was quite rude. He didn't listen, continually interrupted me by speaking louder, complained non-stop about his work and the ownership/employees, very few if any of the services advertised online were actually offered. Terrible experience.**EDIT: As mentioned, seeing as I can't reply, It was the manager who was the issue, NOT the weekend staff person who helped me set up my mailbox. He was totally fine and professional.

Would never rent from these guys again. Upon moving in a few days before the end of the month, they charged me a pro-rated day rate until the 1st of the month to then be on a month-to-month charge. Makes sense, seems fair. After spending over $1000 to keep a locker with them for months, I finally notify them I will be moving into a house as of July 1, at which point they tell me I will be charged for all of July if I am not out on June 30 and then refunded only half of the month come August 15th. So they are keeping $150 of mine for 6 weeks, and then in the end only giving me $75 of that back after 6 weeks goes by - because I still occupied the locker from June 30 midnight until 9am on July 1. So basically I paid $150 for 9 hours of storage. If they can pro-rate storage costs on a day rate moving in, benefiting them by charging you money, then they can certainly use the same formula for 1 day on the move out. Customers should be charged the same pro-rated day rate leaving the lockers as they are when they move in. The majority of their customers are renters, they know that most people don't get keys to their places until the 1st day of the month, leaving them without the option to vacate on the last day of the month unless they keep their belongings on the street overnight. Scam artists using their 'policy' to take advantage of their customers.

Great prices and Customer service.

Terrible customer service. The guy on the phone was very rude.Edit: This review had nothing to do with available unit sizes...we didn't even get to that point in the conversation because the guy was so rude.

Low rates, friendly staff. Units sized nicely. Great hours. What's to say? These guys work very hard to make sure you feel welcome. There are only 2 of them and they're open all day, 6 days a week. A great option for those on a budget. Thanks, guys! :)

The gaffer is terribly rude, yell out to traveler.Deposits are not returned, even if you have a receipt.(To those who cannot go because they are far away)To not ruin your trip, don't go.'The Worst Storage Place'
