When I first used Laptop-Repairs as my work computer had crashed, I was very sceptical. However when I met with the manager he assisted me with all my needs and I knew for a fact that I chose quality service as he was fast and efficient in every way possible. I highly recommend anyone to use this company if your computer, phones or any device of that matter needs repairs.

They are unprofessional and will damage your device. Don’t go there. I lost my surface pro just because they tried to learn battery replacement on it. They kept it with them for 2 months saying taking second opinion and making it work. Nothing happened. They gives an answer they ordered parts and will come in 48 hours then will give a call after replacing parts, no one will call. When you call after waiting for another week they will just start arguing saying they are well experienced and they know what to do. Pathetic customer service and 0 knowledge on the service.

I repaired my phone from this shop. The service is great. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. They give me the best prices for repairing my phone. They were great...they had the part in stock which I didn't think anyone would have. I really like there services and I also want to visit there shop again in the near future.
