Accountants are good and helpful but the customer service is really bad when you call at the Stronach Crescent location.The lady is always really rude and just tells you to login to my account to check your details and refuse to transfer the call to the accountant if you have any follow up questions after filing the taxes.I hope they improve the customer service otherwise they will end up losing the few clients they have.If you are not an existing client and looking for services to file your taxes I would recommend choosing a different location.
