Horrible response and Mr Dumont just ignores emails and phone calls. They built my condo unit, brick work outside not completed (more than three years later still not done), my patio screen was broken from when I moved in, still not fixed, and inside the floor joints keep coming undone, and frame around bedroom door too. He used to give me fake dates to shut me up and when I would call or email, he just ignored me. To date work not done!!!!

We purchased a condo in their Laval development and we are very satisfied with the finishings, quality of construction and the service from the sales representative and the construction team was number 1.

2 stars is even a bit generous as a rating.They promise big & massively under deliver.Bought townhouse on plan in 2016. Mockups, presentations, publicity made it look & feel amazing, but end result is anything but that.Poor craftsmanship from their suppliers, can't get a clear answer from sales team & ever changing responses, WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE EVER !!Was barely able to get answers from Quorum when still on site, now that they are gone ... forget it.For the price paid ... greatly & deeply unsatisfied.Not first property I buy on plan (before construction) from a developer so had a little idea what to expect, but end result & whole sales/purchase experience is just plain horrible & inexcusable on their part.Definitely not planing on buying anything from them in the near future, if ever !

Purchased a home form this company. After sales service is horrible. They do not deliver what you've paid for. I've dealt with other builders I. the past and this is the only one that does not deliver what was promised.

I do not recommend this company, never respect their word! Specially M. Christian Dupont! Worst person to deal with!

Bought a condo in Laval Val des Ruisseaux project. Got screwed by salesman at the time. We were 3rd buyer in a building of 32 units. Got 2nd worst parking lot. Salesman pretended that they were already notarized. In addition, ten years later, after suffering from excessive humidity in the condo (2 full dehumidifier tanks every 12 hours) we discover that the membrane under woodwn floor was installed up side down throughout the condo.
