Referred here for a 2nd opinion on rear brakes. Steve, the polite and professional mechanic, came out and explained everything to me. What needed to be done, when, etc. He even gave me helpful hints on a completely unrelated problem. I'm changing over to Firestone for all my car needs and referring my friends here. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a place to take your car and meet great people, like the exceptional mechanic Steve!

First time in this place, the customer service was great, the guy of the front explained to me everything in a professional and friendly manner. They changed the oil of my car in less than 10min, very impressive and fair prices too. I'm definitely coming back.

Fantastic experience. Would recommend anyone looking for tires to give this place a shot. They're also a full service garage as I saw a transmission going in while I was there but I can't comment on that service personally.

Absolutely best experience at Kipping Tire & Automotive. Went in for an oil change. Very friendly knowledgeable and informative, wasn't trying to sell me on all kinds of stuff I don't need. Gave me recommendation. I highly recommend going there for your car needs.
