Asher Place
The units are spacious, bright and well laid-out. Flooring is hardwood, which is nice to clean and not cold in the winter. Soundproofing is fantastic, we hardly ever hear our neighbors. And the building is kept so clean; they are always mopping or vaccuming to keep the public spaces welcoming and tidy. Strata fees are very reasonable, and include water!
