Dr. Liu is a very good, dependable dentist who is supported by a friendly staff. For urgent problems, he will arrange his schedule to see you quickly and attempt to address your issue promptly and in the best manner.

Very unprofessional, they cancel your appointment just a day before, after you even set it up weeks before, and take a day off from work even.I would never recommend this place again. Find a more professional place.

They definitely do not take people’s time into consideration. Showed up 15 minutes early and they had me waiting a hour and 10 minutes in a chair. No nothing just said “it would be 10 minutes” maybe 40 minutes before I left. I would definitely would not recommend this place. Choose somewhere that will realized that the time of customers is precious.

Been with Dr Liu for almost four years. I had two wisdom tooth removed and a couple of fillings. Professional service as always. My only complaint is that the wait time can be unpredictable sometimes.

They've been flagged by Sun Life for price gouging and no longer accept claims for this location. There wasn't an explanation while offering their own alternative/private coverage to entice clients no longer covered.

Dr. Liu is friendly and conscientious with all his work. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures, answer all of my questions/concerns, and find effective, lasting solutions for my dental problems. The hygienists and front-of-house staff are similarly diligent and pleasant to interact with. I have been going to this dental office for over 5 years and will continue to do so for many more years to come. Thanks to the whole team for great service!

My 7 year old had a small filling. Next day he started complaining about his cheek hurting. Finally took him to doctor. During dental procedure a large cut was made inside his cheek which now is infected. At no point the dentist mentioned the cut which he clearly done and must have noticed. With 7 year old!!! Huge incompetence! Avoid at any cost!!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ray for 8 years and each visit is always a stellar experience. He's great at his craft and very accommodating with his time and expertise. He answers all your questions and remembers his patients warmly.Tina, Ariane, and Melissa are superb and really provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Victoria is, by far, THE BEST Hygienist we've ever had the pleasure of seeing and can't wait to see her.
