We came here for buying a phone. The store staff Simran helped me a lot. Bcoz of her approach. I bought another phone for my husband. She is a perfect sales executive.

My daughter and I have been customers of Harsh for over 6 years now. He has been very helpful and quick to answer any questions we may have even after hours. He has set us up with the best deals and the best plans for our needs. Harsh has been very professional and accommodating. Harsh takes the time to not only ask questions but answer them. We always go to whatever location he is working at when it is time to renew our plans. I would highly recommend the wirelessa wave and to work with Harsh for any sales. the other staff are great too but Harsh always goes above and beyond.

I would say the shop officials are very helpful. But I had a very bad experience with their mobile protection plan. You need to pay 13$ a month for the plan and trust me they are looting you. Don’t fall on their trap to buy that plan. If you face any issues with your phone, you need to ship to another part of the world by paying an amount not less than 100$. Without inspecting the phone, they charge you the amount and they will never ship you a new phone even though they promise this in their website. They always send a used refurbished phone. Their customer care people are too arrogant. So please don’t fall on the trap of the mobile protection plan from likewise. It’s a cheat and end of the day you will loose your money for nothing.

We just came here to check on the plans and the way Simran helped us to understand the benefits and process makes us to buy i phone 14 pro max and we loved the service she provided and we highly recommend all to meet her to get better plans.
