Level of service and knowledge dropped over time. Such a high turnover of staff. New account rep every quarter. They lost touch of our company goals and objectives.Further review of my account shows Agency Media cost me a lot of money over the past year. If Agency runs your PPC - I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion. They are LOSING YOU MONEY!

Aria, Digital Marketing Strategist of Agency Media, a friendly and talkative guy, and a good listener. He gave a very constructive and insightful suggestion for my company's SEO & PPC campaign, communicating with me profoundly according to my company needs. Aria did a great job of preparing the proposal for us and presenting his recommendations to our team thoroughly and in every detail. Although we had lots of constraints and budget limitations with regards to the campaign, Agency Media did great and impressive work for us.Definitely recommend!

After signing a contract for a website 12 months, the first 6 months were painful as I dealt with someone who did not follow-up on emails or calls. He was a great salesperson. I contacted the president and I was then assigned to a Shopify specialist within the company. Things started moving and my website is now launched. Roxanna did a good job, .She was extremely pleasant, on time, and helpful. However, I already know that my website will need a lot of upgrading and work to create a truly WOW site.I would not recommend Agency Media for this type of work.
