FreshCo Dundas & Main

I go to FreshCo whenever I am in that plaza. The produce is good and fresh as are the baked goods. Best thing: I can get Scene+ points buying groceries! Always clean and well stocked.

Yesterday I went for grocery and when I reached at home then I noticed that I got 2 months expired and moulding rice pudding, bread, and eggs. Seriously! It is all about the health of all the people. Don’t do this. I think so, it should not be called Freshco because nothing is fresh there…

Very large space and clean. I was surprised at the selection and quality, and in a good way. Definitely a great alternative to the other grocery chains.

After returning home from buying groceries I realized I had bought expired pastrami lunch meat. Although I was disappointed I didn’t feel it was worth my time to turn back and return the meat. I was back at freshco a couple days later and remembered the expired meat I had purchased earlier in the week and notice there was still the same expired pastrami on the shelf. I brought the expired meat up to checkout when paying for my food, I was denied a refund even though the expired meat was still on their shelf. I realize that I am just as responsible but expected better from freshco. Make sure you check the expiry dates because freshco isn’t. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Not enough sales, and lve been useing my scene card they don't remind me enough to do that and anyway it doesn't seem to make any difference because l seem to pay all the same prices with or without the card Thank You

Experienced very bad at this location. Staff at the cash was very unprofessional including the supervisor on that Shift. I wanted to buy two packs of one pastry item. There was no price tag on the item or on the shelf. I brought them to the cash to know the price before checkout. They even couldn’t scan it. Then cashier left us on hold woth the items to find the price. Came after 10 mins mentioned that she wasn’t able to find even. But she was offering another item's price for those!! And if i still want them or not without even saying a single word of apology!! Kept me Waiting then came with a fake price and showing attitude by saying if i still want that way or not!! I was in rush otherwise i would ask for explanation for this kind customer service. Already wasted my time holding me in a checkout line. I was asking other associate to check me out while she was away from the cash with ny item.Thats very disappointing. I never had this kind of customer service from any canadian store.sad

Layout is very crowded but they were well stocked. Prices were slightly higher than other stores in the area

The store is very well lit and clean, Prices are amazing and I love the fact they price match. Convenient location for myself and the staff are great. Here is 1 of my amazing purchases

Not a pleasant experience. Staff are rude cold and unhelpful. Also had diapers from another store in my stroller asking Me did I buy them there? What are you implying. Won't shop here again. Find friendlier cashiers
