Amazing customer service, family owned and run. Very welcoming environment with excellent service and a communal feeling.The ladies are so sweet and accommodating. I travel from a neighbouring city just to get my hair done here. I know when I'm here I will be treated with care.

When I went in to see the ladies who work here, I was greeted by the owner. Her as a person, she is wonderful The one start is for that ONLY!!! lolSo ill explain my 1 star.I had a consultation... or what they considered one to be. I tried showing her my natural hair.. she didn't seem to care one bit to be honest, she didn't even touch it!!! She just cared to make sure I knew it would cost $400 to get what I was asking for. I told her that was not what my concern was! I wanted to make sure my hair would be safe & it would look natural!!!Thaaaaaaat never happened. When my hair was finally finished,You could see every track across the top of my head, they gave me no part, then they didn't cut the hair to fall naturally around my face since they... didn't give me a part! lol. Just 22`` of hair falling strait into my face, and if I put it behind my ear, all the tracks would again show. Her daughter braided my hair, the owner sewed in the extensions.I was so disappointed with the hair, how bad it looked and how horrible the hair ended up looking after the first wash!!!I had a personal friend take it out not even a month later.They care about your money, not your hair! They will also sell you products knowing you don`t need it!!Book at your own risk!

The lady actually robbed me here yesterday and I’m so upset about it because how the hell are you going to rob your regular customers?! She wanted to charge me $24.59 with tax for 1 package of synthetic weaving hair which is already outrageous because the same package & brand is available at K-laba for $17. So already a huge mark up for their store, however I was still willing to pay that price. They are a family owned black company so I was always willing to support them. She said I can just give her $24USD no change as she’s starring in my wallet hard looking at the US cash I had. I said oh no, I don’t wanna use my American cash can you just charge me debit. So she asks if I have tap, I told her I did. She took my card and pressed everything, agreeing to the price without actually showing me what she was charging me. I assumed she was charging me the same price she quoted me originally the $24.59. She then took my card & tapped it and turned the machine around quickly. However I noticed it said $29.50. I said woah how much did you just charge me!? She said well there’s tax..... I said wait what, there’s tax on top of tax!? . She said oh well there’s a fee for using debit, I said there’s a 5 dollar fee for using debit? Hell no give me a refund she said they are not able to. I walked back to my car clenching my jaw so hard. If I went to K-Laba I could’ve paid the same price I paid for 1 package at trinity for 2. So please spare yourself the anger and drive up the street to K-laba. Where they have prices displayed on their products already so there’s no opportunity for the store owner to make up absurd prices or sneakily tap your debit card to an even higher price than originally quoted. If I didn’t catch the machine quickly as she turned it around I NEVER would have known she was robbing me. I hope the lady reads this review because you should be ashamed of the way you treat your regular customers. Your actions yesterday were greedy, disgusting and I will actually report your business for it. You cannot legally run a business where you quote prices and sneakily charge more. Keep in mind like I said, I was a regular here and I’ve used my debit card each time so no this was not the stores practice of charging an extra $5 for debit. She knew I trusted her and that is absolutely disgusting.

This lady does not know how to do weave. I sent my wife to get a few hairs added this lady burned her hair and she came home nearly crying it looks like two strings and everything’s closed for the long weekend so my wife is not happy I have to send her back to a new salon next week to drop at least another 200 because this lady did such a terrible job!! And the worst part is she’s calling us back asking for more money. Avoid this place it is a scam!

Aretha Howe posting here publicly since my review won't take...When the public enters an establishment providing a service for rhe PUBLIC, well they expect to be greeted WELL in hopes of them coming back soon. Not the case here.I've gone 3 times and was left to sit there for an hour, you need to pull teeth for answers if they dont like you,there's way too much dust for how busy they aren't basically too many childish games AND a piece of my hair was cut.Ladies and gentlemen, if you want to KEEP a profitable business you must encourage ALL of the public to come back..your not rich yet

They tried to sell me something not needed that would have cost a lot. Was warned that this location does that to make more money. They did not provide much feedback when trying to ask questions. The good thing was when she braided my son's hair it's the first time he wasn't crying from pain. No product was used to help hold the braids so they did come out fairly fast.

Quality products and excellent customer service. The owner Janet and her team are down-to-earth & knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. It’s really refreshing to go into Trinity and I always leave satisfied and happy. Keep up the great work Janet!

Wonderful place to get braids ❤️ It is a family business so for all those complaining about kids running around, don't go or suck it up! Its a beautiful thing seeing family all together ❤️I definently will be going back !

This place does not know how to do weave. They use the hot comb from the 40s the one you put on the stove. They will bald your hair. This is the WORST place for weave. It took my hair like a year to grow back. My hair just grew back and I'm scared to even go to salon again. profession is braids I seen them do braids they were amazing amazing at it...when you go there for a weave you end up leaving needing a wig

Absolutely could not be happier if I tried! Janet owns this beautiful salon along with her husband. Upon arriving, I had a certain amount of money because my pay wasn't due for a couple of days and my daughter had grad pictures at school the following day and desperately wanted to wear her hair down but being half Jamaican, doesn't like the poofy" of her hair
