The Oven Woodfire Pizza

Pizza was good but nothing special. The pizza crust was burnt all around on my boyfriend's pizza which took away from the taste of the pizza (I've had woodfire pizza and I know this can happen so I didn't say anything). The male staff member was kind and helped answer our questions but the woman there was quite the opposite. Definitely left a negative impression. Probably won't be returning.

Very good pizza! We got the Smokin Muskokan with half mushrooms. Cute little place with a good amount of outdoor seating.Service was pretty quick, 10 mins to have a pizza brought out to our table!Would recommend and we will be back!

The pizza was delicious and the bread they had available was just-out-of-the-oven fresh!The only reason it's missing a star is from the inconvenience of paying. It's cash or e-transfer. As someone that doesn't carry cash, have mobile data or a bank app, adding the restaurant as a payee and transfering money isn't just oddly inconvenient, I wouldn't be able to order there if someone else hadn't paid, period. I realize that system saves them a bit in taxes but it's really not worth it for how inefficient it makes the customer experience.

Very delicious! The Oven makes yummy pizzas that have a very thin bottom and crust made from chewy dough. Pictured here are the Valerie (with green arugula) and the Vegan. My wife is very particular on her food and is also a very good cook and she absolutely loved the Vegan. The pizzas are about medium in size so one person may eat anywhere from half to a whole. At $23 each, the pizzas are a splurge purchase.Presumably to cut down on overhead or other challenges/headaches with a point-of-sale machine, the business accepts cash or has you etransfer payment and relies on an honour system for you to pay. The kitchen is well run by friendly staff.The day we went, there was sourdough bread that our family of four devoured.Since The Oven is a popular place, order early and arrange for a later pick up time.

Chelsea's choice pizza was recommended to me....pesto, parm, grapes, green onions, fennel sausage....a tantalizing treat for the taste buds. Blue cheese and black olive sourdough divine. Super-friendly and helpful staff. These folks are doing it right.

Authentic local wood fire Pizzait was simply delicious.Staff were kind enough to bring our order outside at the parking. Also they were kind enough to compensate with Delicious banana bread and Sour dough bread for taking more then usual in making our order.

Amazing incredible sourdough bread, pizza, and more! Lovely setting and welcoming atmosphere. The perfect place for me stop by mid bike ride! Love it!

I enjoy wood oven pizza and have tried it at many locations around North America. The pizza at The Oven in Bracebridge is my favorite. The toppings selection is fantastic and toppings are fresh and not processed. The wood flavor from the oven is evident in the crust. The result is delicious. Highly recommended!

Perfect brick oven pizza. My husband and I were in town for the Muskoka Marathon, and this was a perfect post-race meal. I love my Mediterranean pizza, and he loved his BBQ chicken. Super yummy sour dough bread and granola that we picked up for home, too.
