I've been going to Charlane for years. She is extremely meticulous and goes above and beyond her duties. She is caring, funny and the MOST gentle, and does whatever she can to make sure your experience is comfortable and, dare I say, spa-like. :)

I have been a client for years and am always impressed with Charlane’s thoroughness and professional environment. I have also taken my elderly Mother with Alzheimer’s and Charlane was incredibly compassionate and sensitive to Mom’s needs. I would highly recommend Charlane as your Dental Hygenist of choice!

Charlane has been looking after my teeth cleaning for years. I enjoy going to see her and have recommended her to many. She is thorough, unrushed and highly skilled. She really knows teeth. She also noticed an issue with my daughter's braces during a cleaning which her orthodontist was going to let slide. We were very thankful she made suggestions that we followed up on and got the issue corrected. Charlane's office is very comfortable, near a bus stop, completely accessible to those with wheelchairs or walkers and she takes the time to explain what's needed to keep my teeth healthy. Her work is covered by most extended healthcare insurance policies. Can't say enough about how happy I am to have her as my hygeinist.

Charlane was most patient and determined to give me the best cleaning ever after 2 years between appointments. She does have the best Covid PPE available in her office space. Her concern for me was that I may have sensitivity after such rigorous (gentle) treatment and all I have is very clean and smooth teeth today. No soreness. I have never received this type of personal care in a dentist's office. Don and I just really appreciate her!

Their name is well chosen! At my former dentist, they cranked up the ultrasound cleaning machine to get the job done in 20 minutes and it hurt. Charlane takes twice the time and it is completely painless. I have no doubt that her passion and care for her patients result in an overall better dental cleaning.

Charlane does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is thorough and does not rush. Cost is very reasonable. Don't be put off by the home office, it makes the experience that much better!
