Store looked good.Seemed like there was lots of staff, but service no so fast.Finally were able to locate item we required, in a container ( sea-can) out back!!

Front desk is professional, just not the contract agent called Paul.Was told to wait 30 min for a quotation but he will never get back to you.How to trust this company when your staff behave like this?I will find other company. Thanks.

Very helpful. If they dont have it, they will try to bring it in for you. Staff are friendly knowledgable and will go the extra mile to help you get what you need for a good price, good quality and good after sales customer service. Store is clean and well organized. Yard is well laid out and easy to pick up items all year round. Very good place for quick shopping or casually browse their well stocked up to date inventory. For anyone building or renovating Vantage will have what you need along with quality tool rentals, professionals who are happy to discuss your ideas and who will give you good advice and solid solutions. They also do various construction projects. You can expect quality workmanship and materials. The job will be completed in a timely manner. Clean and respectful with little disturbance to the community.

I called and visited Vantage to come and l look at the leaking Skylight on the roof of my house. I was informed on three occasions that someone from their Company would come and look at the problem these enquiries were over a period of Four months Iam still waiting for an employee from Vantage to come and look at my problem. It appears to me that their newspaper advert of no job being to large or small for Vantage to undertake is misleading.In the past I have been impressed with their response time and quality of work but this time I am far from being impressed.
