DONT TRUST THIS PEOPLE, WE TRUSTED THEM IN YHE INSPECTION OF OUR NEW PLACE, THEY TOLD US EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, DAYS LATER WE FOUND OUT THE PLACE HAVE ASBESTO AND THE LIGHTS DONT WORK, PRACTICALLY THEY DIDNT DO THEIR JOB TO REALLY CHECK THE PLACE.. THEY CHARGE 500 DOLLAR.. SO GO AND PAY A BIT MORE FOR A REAL INSPECTION AND DONT GET SURPRISED AT THE MOMENT YOU MOVE IN THE NEW HOME. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TOO. DONT TRUST THEM WITH SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT LIKE YOUR HOME.

Can't recommend these folks highly enough. Everyone we dealt with in terms of the testing and demolition inspection of our vintage 1929 house was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. If I had a question, it was quickly answered. The service was excellent!
