The Water Delivery Company

Awful awful awful. Terrible, unreliable service, they make you wait for MONTHS for delivery, excuses excuses excuses. Then they tried to overcharge us even though they took the money monthly from our bank with direct debit. Stay clear.

I switched our water cooler company in the summer because my previous water provider kept us waiting for our bottles, which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave(!) Their service is great and it’s nice to not run out of water. The water coolers we have from them get a lot of use and have been perfect. Cheap too. All in all very happy.

When I first joined a year ago I was pleased with the service, how accommodating TWDC was with changing our cooler and delivery date. However within a few months there wasn't a single month without an issue on delayed deliveries, deliveries being re-booked without my knowledge and us running out of water on the hottest day of the year. We had to change 3 coolers to get one that was cooling properly and didn't taste of chlorine. I'm so pleased to be leaving the company as I am dealing with constant lack of communication. The ladies from the sales team are helpful and lovely and always polite, but it's the warehouse is who lacks on communication. They never let the company know if they are low on stock or miss a delivery and have to go another day. If I don't chase them, I'd be waiting until the next week delivery slot to get our order. Not sure how they get such a high rating, I'm giving 1 star just because that's the lowest option.

Very happy from the minute we had spoken to them, to getting the machine delivered and installed and then the service call to check if everything is working fine. I'm quite impressed with the simplicity of the entire ordering process, very efficient team. I will definitely recommend them. 5 STARS to them!!

These guys are literally thieves.We ordered a Water cooler and was told to make a deposit of £100 which we did immediately.we was promised that somebody will be in touch within a day.One whole week went by and we wasn't given any update, when we started inquiring we got back nothing except empty promises that someone will call us back.But nobody did, we then applied for a full refund, which again apparently someone is getting back to us for and it has already been 3 days.If you want proof you can email us, but DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

The service was great and efficient when we were using it for 1.5 years, we have since moved out of London and cancelled our service 2 months ago.We're still waiting for a refund on the deposit for the water cooler and the bottles (approximately £80). Despite the small amount, its the principle.We were initially probed this on 9th December, and was advised that we would be refunded on the 17th January.As of 29th January, still haven't received anything and followed this up, and are now being told they have implemented a new system which has resulted in refund delays.Quick to take your money, and terribly slow to return it

We have been working with TWDC for around 18 months and I have to say everything has been always smooth and dealt with in an urgent matter. Their regular weekly deliveries were always precise and they always got in touch on a weekly basis to confirm whether we want to amend the delivery or not. Thumbs up for a great reliable service provider!

Terrible delivery service. Terrible accounting. A nightmare to work with. They took money regularly via direct debit and then claimed that we never made any payments. Even after presenting bank statement showing that payments have been made, they continue to send final demands

Nothing but positive things to say! After a horrendous experience with Waterlogic we switched to The Water Delivery Company and they are fantastic. So easy to deal with and water arrives quickly, but most importantly on the date booked. Highly recommend.

We used these guys for a short term hire recently and it was simply brilliant service from start to finish. The sales guy harry was quick with quote and confirmed could meet out delivery schedules and the drive met those times for our delivery and they did it with no hassle.Top service, easy to sort and they just got it done
