Made my first home buying experience as easy as possible. As a first time home buyer, I was referred to Debbie through my real estate agent. She was so nice, and helpful. I had a lot of questions, and she answered all of them(even a few I'm sure I asked several times lol) She walked us through the entire process, and was always available when we needed her. I can't recommend her enough. When you're going through your first purchase, it's important to work with someone that understands the stress that comes with it, and Debbie made it much easier.

Debbie is a pleasure to work with. She was a great help for us when we signed our mortgage. She found us the best rates and made sure we knew all our options. Last year, we renewed our mortgage and she was able to secure a good fixed rate and even showed us options that allowed us to pull equity from our mortgage so we could do renovations without taking another loan.We will continue working with her every step of the way and I recommend her to anyone I know that is buying a home.

She took the time to sit with us and go through all of the financial considerations that come with selling and buying a home. I really appreciated how she explained it to us in a way that made it easy for us to understand and made us feel confident in our decision to buy.
