Sakura Sushi

We started going here 2 years ago almost twice a month. The past 6 months this place has gone down hill in customer service, we've ordered stuff that we've never receieved, I've complained that we didn't receive the item and still never got it. Most of the time the food was good, but our last visit being dinner time their wasn't plates ready no one asked or brought us water until we asked. Again stuff ordered was missed and my favourite item being Spicy Crispy Salmon was terrible. We have officially stated we will never go back.

The place is busy, that's a good sign ! We came for the all you can eat Lunch and Lunch Won ! Plate after plate of sushi, maki, soup, hand mades plus a tapas selection of Thai, Philippine and Korean dishes. Everything was good to great. Best $15 Feed I have ever had ! They work hard here. Tip Well Folks ! Spicy shrimp tempura. Perfectly cooked.

The food was fairly good, would order takeout. The service was terrible while eating there. We got there around 10:50 and left at 12:40. We ordered our first round and got some of the food, but got everything from our second order. when we told them we were missing food they proceeded to make that whole order again, besides the things we actually asked for. Around 12:20 we asked again for the stuff from our first order and we were told the cooks were just standing doing nothing and it would only take 10 minutes to make. We left still hungry, frim an all you can eat buffet without our food.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I enjoy the food at this location. The variety is sufficient for a small town sushi place. Sadly the service I get here is adequate at best. Lots of waiting time inbetween orders and no one comes to checkup on you even though the place wasn't overly busy.

Amazing - The service is friendly and prompt, without feeling 'hovered' over. The food never ceases to please - each dish is different and unique. The range of flavours and choices is outstanding. I highly recommend this place, and I go there every time I have an excuse to be in Chatham.

From the outside one would think Sakura Sushi was a cheap little buffet but as soon as you walk in you realize this prejudgement was false. My significant other and I were very satisfied. Great food, service, and atmosphere. The Sakura roll was delicious and both the green tea, and red bean ice cream were fantastic desserts. My only complaint is that it was a tad expensive for the amount of sushi we got, and the quality. I can get more for less at other sushi places.

I was have a lunch in there, all food is good!But some , like avocado salad only little bit avocado in inside and the salad dressing is so light, the hand roll to much rice the dishes in hand roll only a little bit , and the soy sauce is so light too .Recommend the main points of the sushi rolls .

This is the worst sushi I have ever had! Will never return. My husband and I had been there several years ago and it was wonderful but we went yesterday and will never go again. We started getting our food and didnt even have our drinks yet. The tea was cool. The cucumbers in my salad were rotten. Then the surf clam sashimi was mushy and just didnt taste right. Like it had gone bad or something. The sushi was mushy, every roll tasted blah and yet they all were swimming in sauce like they just globbed it on with a spoon. They gave us a roll we did not order which had something I was allergic to in it. When I told the waitress that this wasnt the roll we ordered she didnt seem to understand but eventually said she would put in an order for the correct one. We waited 15 minutes or so but it didnt come. We just got the check and left hungry because everything was subpar or inedible.

Sakura Sushi is a fun place to eat. Table service is fast and precise. We love the friendly atmosphere. It's all you can eat , so that allows you to be more adventurous and try different dishes. I love how it's decorated, it has an elegant but cozy feeling.

Honestly one of the worst resturaunt experiences I've had. Was there for almost 3 hours. 75 percent of our orders never came. We had to get up and go get our own stuff. Our server was nasty and didn't seem to care she worked there at all. Not once have I watched 4 table get up, refuse to pay and walk out in the same night before. Just disgusted with the service and night all around. Will never go back. The people in there should be fired and replaced.
