Started off my complete house reno with Christopher because I had heard good things and liked his designs.It started off alright, until he came back with the cost of the reno which was over $400k over the proposed budget. This wouldnt have been too bad except that it costed us close to $5k in meetings and designing" to get a plan that is worthless to us being so far over budget.As we attempted to work with Christopher to reduce costs (at $220/hour) to get the plan on budget

I am currently in the market looking for an architect to help me with my new project.I called them to ask a few questions, unfortunately the assistant that answered the phone has a bad attitude towards new clients.Not good for business.
