This was our second time booking with Sell Off Vacations and more specifically with Janice. Janice is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what you are getting and relays information that wouldn't otherwise be known. I have traveled many times to Cuba and I am aware of what to expect but Janice made sure we knew about possibly food shortages etc. We loved our trip we booked with her January 2023 and can't wait for the next one in January 2024. We recently returned from a trip to The Royalton Punta Cana and Janice Smith in their Barrie office guided us through different resorts in the DR. We had a great vacation, Janice made it our arrangements and like always it was perfect. We look forward to going back to Janice for our vacations bookings. Walked in yesterday to book a trip (Barrie, Ont) at 4pm…EASY sale!!!! Two agents were there on the phone…no problem…both looked at me…however, neither of them smiled or acknowledged that I was there. The one agent finished her call then proceeded to take another phone call…still no acknowledgment. 4:45pm…went outside sat in my car and booked over the phone with an agent. Very poor customer service.
