HORRIBLE!!!! do NOT order from there on ubereats, they will not answer on the phone if you want to complain about your food, i ordered a shrimp pad thai and an egg roll and got no shrimps in my pas thai + a raw egg roll I paid over 30$ for my order and didnt eat anything

i recommend pad thai with shrimp, very yummy, while the egg roll is just okay. I like their packing, so cute

Cons: Too overpriced; not delicious; I was served by angry person at the front desk; not even healthy food!Pros: It makes you cook at home and never eat at a restaurant ever again as you can save a lot of money + cook more delicious food in bigger portionsI hope this industry doesn’t set the standards for the normal restaurant food. In a normal situation you would pay like $7 for those dishes, and not $17 and you will be greeted much more nicely also!

Got my meal delivered from here and really enjoyed it. The food was great, the service was friendly and I didn’t have any issues with the delivery. The new owners have really turned this place around and they seem to care a lot about good customer service.I definitely recommend that everyone check it out.

Honestly I didn’t feel like the rest of reviews are up to date or anything we entered with some friends, food was better than a few other T.E restaurants I’ve been, it did take some patience but at the end we are all humans, the place was clean and lit.

I've got delivery from the twice in quarantine, really great packaging, hot food, fresh, delicious and big portions. My order was pad thai+ popcorn chicken+ fried dumplings . Also I really recommend their sweet and hot sauce

Avoid at all costsI’m not usually the type of person to leave reviews but I feel the need to share the bad experience I just had.I’m a regular client at Thai Express and was extremely disappointed with the serviceThe cashier clearly couldn’t speak english or french fluently so I had trouble placing my order since i had to repeat myself to make sure he understood.The employee was extremely rude when I told him he made a mistake with my food. I told him i wanted the Pad Sew (as written on the Monday specials board) also making reference to the picture on the menu (cooked noodles NOT FRIED). After preparing the food, he aggressively (almost threw it) on the counter and when I opened the take out bag, it wasn’t the right order. I realized the noodles were fried. I thought he made a mistake and asked him if it was someone else. He rudely said it was mine and that’s what i ordered. I payed 15$ (the same price I would’ve payed if i had bought the Pad Sew alone but with the egg roll)I kindly asked him to take back the fried noodles and give me the noodles I asked for since it wasn’t what i ordered. He told me i’d have to pay for a new order since he wasn’t the owner so he couldn’t do anything about it even thought that’s clearly a managers job.I have worked in customer service for 5 years and I have never seen such rudeness and aggressiveness before.Extremely disappointed I will never go back.

I ordered pad sew ew chicken and got beef instead with only 2 pieces of Chinese broccoli. The Monday special was pad sew with a 20oz drink or an egg roll. She charged me an extra $1 for the 591ml of ice tea but gave me a 355ml can instead not even the fountain size drink or the bottle ice tea.I asked for extra extra spicy and I tell every single Thai express location to put 2-3 spoons of chilli because I know their spicy is not spicy enough for me. And I was watching the guy make my pad sew, he only put 1 spoon of chilli and when I asked him to put more the cashier girl went to confirm and he said he did it already when I literally watched him and he did not put extra spiciness for me. I knew my meal was going to be a disappointment. This has happened 2 times now, I decided to give them another chance this time but never again. What am I even paying my money for if they won’t do what the customer ask?!The guy cooked my pad sew for only 30 seconds. Put the noodles and sauce together, mixed it together in a circle one time and already plated it.When I asked the girl for extra hot sauce she gave me these packets instead of sriracha she told me they don’t have sriracha.I do not recommend anyone to come to this Thai express location.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! Last owners did not care about their customers. The new owners of the restaurant are very friendly and made the food taste even better than it was and is Fresh! Amazing staff and amazing chefs servicing customer with a positive attitude!
