I've been with Envision for a number of years and have been happy. Today I went in with my youngest son to open a Student account for him. The service we received from Jane et al at the Sunshine Hills branch was exemplary. Specifically, they were helpful, insightful and very focused on creating a positive customer experience (something not common with most of the charter banks). Its service experiences like this that create customer loyalty. I highly recommend this branch.

I came in to make an appointment about RRSPs and Business Loans while doing my banking. Tracy was a huge help directed me to speaking with Karen and the manager Preeti about my financial future. They really helped with and gave me a lot of confidence moving forward with investments at the sunshine hills branch.

Booked an appointment with Dayyan one week in advance. Once arrived, he told us that he is busy and will get back to us next week. Isn’t that the reason we book appointments? So we dont find you busy at our appointment.

Outstanding customer service. The staff really go out of their way to be accommodating and explain all their services thoroughly. During my appointments, I never feel rushed and I feel like they really care about my family's financial goals. Pam and Sanjeev were great!

My wife and I have been banking at Envision Financial, Sunshine Hills for 40 years. It has been a pleasant experience and mutually beneficial. Without exception, everyone we come in contact with at this Branch makes sure we are looked after and comfortable to return. The banking personnel are always helpful and most willing to offer advice when requested. The investment personnel are outstanding!

I have been banking at this branch for a number of years and my loyalty lies completely with them due to the amazing customer service provided by their front of the house staff. Tracey is friendly, helpful, kind and treats every person who walks in the door equally the same. She makes you feel valued as a member.Kudos as well to Jane and Garret, always helpful and efficient. I had a good experience and found the staff was friendly. I have accounts with other banks and this bank seems to already do more. They offered a free account with e transfers. I would recommend it. I was at a event there and had a good experience. I learned about things that do not even involve banking but would help us in life. They offered their time.

I was roped into this financial institutions scam in elementary school. As a child to learn banking I put in some money. Its been more than 7 years now and every few years they send me a charge for something. I've cancelled my account multiple times and they are trying to milk me of even more money as I have just received ANOTHER CHARGE IN THE MAIL TODAY. Disgusting business practices will be reporting to better business bureau today.
