Always love this place and their bowls. Today I bought a kids quesadilla. Dry, a very thin bit of cheese and a few pieces of chicken. Terrible. It was cooked so much that it was like a cracker. Not edible. For 6 bucks. A complete rip off.

Had there been an option to choose 0, would have done it. The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly when it comes to order the food or pickup. We came to dine in and they gave us the food in takeout containers.I ordered roasted chicken soup in which there was hardly any chicken and when I asked what is roasted in the soup, there answer was, we don't know as we don't make the soup here.So you're selling something about which the staff hardly has any clue....

The store is always clean and consumer friendly. I always enjoy my meal . Of course the employees are asset to the company . They are very accommodating and friendly . Our Mayor Tom Dyas loves your food and I do too ❤️

If you have realistic expectations of your fast food experience, then this is the best run Chopped Leaf that I have been to. The food service is always quick and efficient, the staff is friendly and well trained, and the manager does a great job. The food was on track for Chopped Leaf and good. This is my favourite location in Kelowna because it is consistent and reliable. Well done to the team at the Lakeshore location!

They're all friendly most specially the crew who work there name Cathy, she is friendly and very accommodating. The food is great too. I will definitely reccomend this store..

Ordered 3 salads, picked up the order. Got home, opened and over half the toppings were missing along with salad dressing. When I called the store I was told “ I spoke with my staff and they were all good” horrible customer service. Customer lost!

Visited this place for dine in but they handed out the food in takeout bowls. They basically didn't want us to be seated, they weren't happy at all. Even upon told that we are dining in, they took about 5 minutes thinking what to do. Then we asked them for a soup bowl. There were 3 soups ordered but they gave us 1 bowl and then we asked for another. We ordered wild mushroom chowder and roasted chicken noodle soup. Both were terrible. Roasted Chicken noodle soup had no chicken. Absolutely no chicken, not even a single piece. When asked them about it, they said we don't know, it's just broth, there is ideally no chicken. When we said its Roasted Chicken, so what does that mean? They said we don't know, the soups are premade. We don't make it, which was shocking!! They mainly sell wraps and soups out of which the soup is premade. Who knows if they are using canned soup? It definitely looked like one! I didn't go there to have canned soup. Moreover they tasted bad. Service was disgusting, soups were disgusting and the experience on the whole was disgusting. The only good part was the wraps, they were ok. But wouldn't recommend this place on the whole.
