Gutters not cleaned and gutter guards coming off in less than a week. This is after they came out twice. Does not return phone calls or emails. Do not use a company that wants part of the money before doing any work. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. This is the type of company to look out for. SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE

Cameron was fantastic! Very professional, thorough, and customer focus. At the end of his cleaning, he went through everything he did for us in detail and confirmed with us that it was too our standards. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Had to have them revisit 6 times and still never sealed the gutters. Told me my aluminum gutters were wore out from the rain. What a joke. Please find somebody else to do your work

I hired Bland Services to clean my windows and was very unhappy with the results. First, I had to call because my appointment was for noon and by 1:00pm., no one had showed up. I was informed at that time I had been moved to the last appointment of the day. After his employee left , I noticed a large gouge in the sliding glass door from my bedroom to the patio. I called Mr Bland and asked only if he would stop by to inspect his employee’s work. He refused. I had to give one star to be able to leave a review. In all honesty, I wish I could give a negative star.

I just had Eric at my home to clean my windows! What an amazing transformation. I thought my windows were some what clean but now they look amazing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding service!!! Highly recommended!!!

Can't say enough positive things about Cameron the technician. He was extremely positive, friendly and professional. However....for whoever handles scheduling I am greatly disappointed...I had a 9:30am appt. Which the day before they called and asked to push it back to 11:30am...next day nobody came and they said they could come out at 7pm...7pm came and nobody came...called again and was tod I would receive a call in the morning the next day to schedule an AM appt. In the morning...no call/no show again....at 4pm the next day Cameron came and did a good job.
