Unlike other engraving services that takes weeks to process. LaserMania is very fast&does exactly what I want! When taking my order, the guy is very patient&does his very best to meet my expectation. He sent photos to confirm what I wanted and how the product would look like. He also offer solutions/advice for gifts. Great customer service. Timely communication.

I would give 6 stars if I could! I needed a pen engraved in less than 24 hours and he was happy to accommodate. He provided a sample, I requested a different font, he provided a few mock-ups for me to choose from, and I was in out within 10 minutes! Amazing service. Every once in a while, you need something engraved and I’ll be sure to continue to support this business.

I've used LaserMania Engraving on 3 different occasions for a total of 4 different gifts. They have exceeded my expectations each and every time. High quality work, very quick turnaround, and fantastic communication. I appreciate that I'm always sent a mock up of the design prior to the engraving. Any changes I've asked for have been accommodated without complaint. Truly an outstanding company to deal with!
