They should work on their last minute cancellations. I had three appointments that got canceled by them just couple hours before my appointments. I couldn’t even find any available spots because they were all booked up. Thank you Stem & Stone for your spectacular service!

Booked this spot for my wife’s birthday. She was absolutely pleased with the service she received. The customer service of Amanda was exceptional and she told me she would be returning in the future. The reason why she didn’t want to give five stars was due to a slight mixed up with the booking. I had previously paid for my wife’s massage, however when she got there, there was nothing in the system to reflect that. Again, Amanda with her excellent customer service informed her she would still perform the massage, luckily, I left the receipt of payment in the car and my wife was able to produce it. Absent that little mix up, she stated, the ambience was excellent, and the detail Amanda paid to her body was exceptional. We will be returning and we both would recommend this spot to anyone interested in an exceptional massage.

The atmosphere is very tranquil and the staff are all super friendly. Pamela is one of the best masseuses I have ever had. She is warm and caring and always good for a laugh to always very calming. She instantly knows how to get out off of my knots and loosen my tight muscles. I always leave feeling refreshed and instantly calm and centred.

As a returning customer I am always pleased with my visit here. I most recently had a massage with Ashley. This was hands down the best massage I have ever received. She paid great attention to detail and left me feeling much much better than when I arrived.

Christina K. is amazing. I've been going to her for the past 6 years and always appreciate her getting my knots worked out. I have continued to drive in to see her after moving out to the county. She is also very versatile, offering added cupping or aromatherapy to a massage if interested.Everyone I have interacted with at Stem & Stone has always been kind and welcoming. The best, by far, massage clinic in Windsor. I had looked for a place like this for so many years and I am so lucky I found it. They are professional and friendly and the place has a relaxing inviting atmosphere. My massage therapist is Ashley and to say she is amazing is an understatement. She is professional , friendly and most of all the best massage therapist in Windsor.

Amazing experience.This was my first time meeting massage therapist, Ashley, and I already can’t wait to go back. Very talented and professionally friendly. The ambiance in her massage room truly allowed me to relax and feel like I escaped to a little paradise.The massage bed itself was so comfy & cozy.Her skill level is incredible.Please do yourself a favour and go see Ashley!!!!
