Check in staff are awesome. Bought us pizza when there were unexpected delays.I seen the baggage staff throwing bags around really hard including guitar and instruments cases. People should be wary before flying with those.

They got us a charter to go to work check in was quick and easy, staff is wonderful. Best part is the flight was direct and I didn't have to deal with layovers and other flights. Hope we use this airline all the time

flights were great. best part no security. so the boarding and getting off plane is fast and easy. make sure dress warm though if its cold out because you have walk across tare mat to board. getting luggage was also a bet of pain as well they put everyone's on a kart and its free for all so gets pretty miss. other part i didnt like was line ups to get on the plane they were so confusing.
