I have been working with Hayley periodically for years now, and her level of care and expertise is above and beyond. She helped me get pregnant and stay healthy through my most recent pregnancy, and I am currently working with her on balancing my hormones and reducing fatigue as I come off anti-depressants, and start working out again after a hard year.I would recommend Hayley to anyone who is in need of nutritional feedback or who's just curious about what a RHN does.She really takes the time to listen to my concerns each time we check in, and provides tailored recommendations that are clearly not just copy pasted from a database. It's refreshing to have a healthcare support person who really listens and reflects on me before providing recommendations.
