I had my blackberry for 10+ years and it was time for an upgrade. Heidi took really good care of me, answered all of my questions to a point where I understood absolutely what was happening and why. She was the absolute best!!! 5+ starts for her. She didn't push, didn't get flustered when I asked her more questions, she gave her honest opinion on top of that she was so patient and kind.

Jesse at the Kitchener Costco location was fantastic. He helped me choose the best phone for my needs and budget and the process was as smooth as silk . Due to Black Friday deals he was overwhelmed with customers and even as he was working alone this young man made it look effortless smiling the entire time. It’s wonderful to see young people with such an amazing work ethic. He even took the time to put my phone together with the protections etc. Bravo- I will continue to have Costco Kitchener service my cellular needs as long as they continue to employ people like Jessie.

I interacted with Nabil and he was so fantastic. Laid out all my options for me not only for my wireless plan but internet as well. He definitely went above & beyond! Not only that, he was great at interacting with my daughter too so she felt included.

Did the scan for the waiting in line system. Wanted to purchase an iPhone 14 pro max 128. Waited over one hour and was next to be served. Only to find out they were sold out of that phone. Never actually had any in that day at all. Wouldn’t you just put a small sign in that phone letting customers know this? Can’t afford to waste that much time for an item that was never in stock. Very poor customer communication.

Heidi was great and very helpful! She explained everything to me and helped with upgrading my phones on my plan. I would recommend for next years Black Friday promotion to offer customers the choice of promotional items… we didn’t need 3 car chargers lol the option of a cube or extra cord would have been great!

Heidi is hands down the best sales rep I’ve ever encountered when changing or upgrading any services. Her knowledge of all the products and patience is so appreciated and makes the decision making that much easier. We will definitely be a returning customer based off the experience we had when upgrading our plans and adding internet which we didn’t even know was an option!

Omg Jesse at Gateway Park Costco Kiosk was the best. He helped my mom and I with our phones, accessories, plans and he did it with a lovely smile and a great attitude. He upsold us but we were happy to have it taken care of and reminded us to come in if we needed any help. Would totally recommend.
