Excellent service.

Cette personne m’a donné, aujourd’hui le pire service à la clientèle jamais reçu.Elle ne traite visiblement pas tous ses clients de la même manière. Et quand on achète ses services avec Groupon, elle nous fait bien sentir que l’on n’est pas aussi important pour elle qu’un autre client.J’ai été agressée verbalement par cette dame. Le contraire de ce que j’attendais d’une séance de massage, elle m’a stressée.Si ses massages sont semblables à son attitude au téléphone, je plains ses clients.Today this person gave me the worst service I ever had. Obviously not all of her customers are equal to her. She does make you feel that you are not as important as a Groupon customer than as a “regular”. Within a few seconds into the conversation, she verbally attacked me. Exactly the opposite of what you can expect from a relaxation service. She stressed me a lot. In fact, if her massages make you feel the way she treats her customers over the phone I do feel sorry for them.

Place to avoid !!!!Terrible customer service !!! I asked for the appointment 2 weeks ago , woman gave me the date , than when it was the day of my appointment, I called to confirm and she told me that she didn’t give me any appointment and that I have to wait another 2 weeks . Very disappointed. No one should treat their customers that way.
