Took in my brand new Xbox one S, they thought they were slick switching my xbox controller. I would watch your electronics when you deal with these people. I refurbished electronics at second hand store before. My controller was acting funny for a while. Took it apart to find out theres writing on my motherboard and a piece is bent. Dealing with brand new products before. There should never be a permament marker on your motherboards!!!

These guys are the best pawn shop in the city, good attitudes, try to give as much as they can, and as far as buying electronics, don't if you don't want to take a risk that it could break or won't work, that's why you don't pay full price. Good job guys.

The staff are what saves this place from their high prices especially for video games. A lot of games were more expensive than EBGames' used copies.

Warning! I was told that the set of Rock Band drums I had purchased were tested, but when I got home they did not work. When I tried to return them I wasn't able to get an actual refund, only store credit, forcing me to spend my money on something I didn't want.I spent the store credit on a used Nintendo 3DS which was over priced. I found pictures of the previous owners on the device, and the battery could barely hold a charge.This was a horrible experience, and I won't be returning to the store.

Last time I went here was maybe around a year and a half ago. The store seemed to look pretty nice, employees appeared to be competent. Video game prices were higher than what I'd expect at a pawn shop, though. They were basically like eBay prices.While I was browsing the games, some weird old guy came up to me. He smelled like alcohol and kept offering to give me a free hockey game because he didn't want it and was planning to throw it out. I told him I wasn't interested, but he kept insisting on it. He was trying to get me to follow him out of the store or give my phone number to him. If the store were in a better area, I might visit again, but I don't want to take my chances with weirdos like that coming in and being a bother. It kinda ruined the whole experience for me.

super friendly staff, always having smiles and always trying their best to accommodate our needs. bought our tv from there and game system. i definitely recommend happy jacks
