In the mornings it’s nice and friendly service.In the afternoons, when you want to head back home from work, they take forever. One of the drivers is very rude and grumpy and made me cry over the phone today because he told me he was going to be between 20-30 minutes and I waited. It was over the 30 minute mark and I phoned back to see what was going on and he said he waited 10 minutes and then drove off. He said I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. I told him I’d find someone else, which I did and it only took about 5 minutes or so. Definitely won’t be getting rides back home from Redline ever again

Terrible service. Drivers speed around and drive dangerously. When you have an issue and call the dispatcher he threatens you not to call again.

They need to be more careful! The driver of van number #86 came flying through the parking lot past the mobile gas station and right in front of me! I slammed on my brakes and skidded just in time not to hit him. He didn't even look! It's pouring rain and he almost cause an accident. I'd rate no star if I could.

The old driver got caught flipping me off by the neighbors and they told me about it after I was dropped off.Not everyone can afford tipping 1 or 2 hours of pay...
