THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS. THEY LIE. WE HAVE CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES TO FIX THE GATES AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP. WORSE COMPANY!!!!!

Never bothers to respond to anything that he couldn't make money on. Doesn't take responsibility for work done or offer after sales service. Wrought Iron works peeled and rusted after few years. Lock mechanism broke. Never responded after multiple visits, phone calls or emails.

Phil came to my home gave me a quote which I accepted. Paid the down payment after which neither Phil nor his wife would return my calls as the fence was promised within 2 weeks for the chain link and 4 to 5 weeks for the wrought iron. After this time frame i tried emailing and calling them. NO REPLY. I had to literally go to their business to get a time frame. IN 2018 I asked them to repair the gate they had installed as it is leaning. I was asked to remove my review from BBB before they would do that. I could not find the review i had posted so I could not remove it. To this day ..no reply as i have recently tried again to get them to repair the gate.

Installed a beautiful gate for us 2 years ago and when we needed them to fix a part of the gate, they responded right away. Phil had someone come by and fix it within 2 days at no charge!
